Delivery Information

We pride ourselves on our customer service and reliability. Almost all of our UK customers receive their goods within 48 hours of placing their order (excluding pallets). If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know.

We currently only deliver to UK addresses for website orders.

For all addresses in England and Wales, we offer FREE Shipping on orders over £60.00 (exc. VAT) and for orders under £60.00 (exc. VAT), we charge a standard shipping fee of £4.99.

For addresses in Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands & Isles, our rates have recently changed due to an increase in costs from our couriers. We now charge a standard shipping fee of £20.00 on orders below £300.00 (exc. VAT) and £75.00 on orders over £300.00 (exc. VAT). However, we are unable to separate out specific postcodes for the remainder of Scotland that we are able to ship to for less than this, so please get in touch with us prior to placing your order if this recent change affects you and we will review the shipping charge based on your delivery postcode. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. 

Goods are dispatched either by parcel or pallet carrier depending on the size of your order and will require signing for at time of delivery. If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, please note this with the carrier upon signing for receipt of the goods.

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days (This is a guide only and is not subject to any warranty or condition).

Please notify us in writing within 10 days of non-delivery in order that a claim may be put in with the carrier.

Any shortages or damages need reporting immediately by telephone, and followed up by email within 3 days.

Pallets

For large orders that consist of full pallets of product, we will aim to get this dispatched within 48 hours. But in some instances this can take 7-10 working days as the product may need to be produced first.  (This is a guide only and is not subject to any warranty or condition).
